Annual membership dues are available to be paid in November of each year.

You must pay your annual dues by December 31 in order to avoid a late fee and/or inactivation.

CARNM does not mail invoices. You may view your outstanding dues by logging into your CARNM login (this is NOT your CIE login) and selecting ‘My Transactions’ on the left side-bar.

1. Log in to your CIE account and hover over “My Account” in the top navigation menu
2. Click on “My Preferences”
3. Choose the types of property communications you’d like to receive under “Property Types of Interest”
4. Choose the types of email communications you’d like to receive under “Message Type” and “Delivery Preference”
5. Click on “Save Preferences”

New CARNM Members will be required to go through a CIE training as part of their orientation. For existing members, free in-person CIE training is offered in the fall once a year and is advertised via email.
