The purpose of Professional Standards is to:

• Support Board of REALTORS^® in enforcing the Code of Ethics
• Counsel REALTORS^® and the public on submitting ethics complaints and requests for arbitration
• Process and administer professional standards cases
• Work with the CARNM Grievance and Professional Standards Committees
