William N. (Bill) Campbell III, CCIM

In Recognition of William N. “Bill” Campbell III for his outstanding volunteer service in navigating the REALTORS® Association of New Mexico’s legal and political framework while gaining approval for CARNM’s application as the first statewide Commercial Overlay Board in the United states, and for negotiating significantly reduced state dues for a period of ten years commencing with CARNM’s grant of Charter by the National Association of REALTORS® in 1995. As CARNM’s first “Past President”, it was through his contributions and unselfish dedication and service that CARNM was founded, new members saved thousands of dollars and a fledgling organization began to realize its intended growth and success!
