In an attempt to maximize the intended benefits of the Deal Making Sessions, the CCIM New Mexico Board is adjusting the hybrid structure with new guidelines as follows:
- For Albuquerque and Rio Rancho based brokers, property presentations will be in-person only. For brokers located outside of the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho area, presentations may still occur on Zoom. NOTE: Brokers located outside of the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho area, need to notify CARNM staff of their Zoom presentation as soon as practically possible to ensure staff has sufficient notice to set up the required equipment.
- In-person presenters will be asked to advance their own slides and utilize the laser pointer/clicker.
- The Deal Making Sessions will still be streamed live on Zoom for viewing purposes only.
Networking is a central component of the Deal Making Sessions, and everyone is encouraged to attend in-person. This policy is effective immediately.
