CIE - Qualifying Brokers
Subscribers of the CARNM CIE have access to the commercial listing service.
The CARNM CIE listing service is different from a residential MLS in three significant ways: (1) listings may not be entered unless the agent and any/all co-listing agents are also CIE members, (2) since New Mexico is a non-disclosure state, comps are not accurate because sale information is not required, and (3) compensation is negotiated outside of the listing service. CIE - Associate Brokers
Subscribers of the CARNM CIE have access to the commercial listing service.

CIE Admin
This form is to be submitted for all CIE Administrative Assistants. Subscribers to the CIE are not authorized to share their login and this category allows administrative assistants to have an individual login to access the CIE to help input or update listings.
CIE Listing Transfer
This form is to be submitted if an existing member is changing offices and transferring listings.
CIE Waiver
Participants, Subscribers, or Property Managers may elect not to participate in the CIE by submitting a CIE Waiver Request form indicating reason for waiver to the CARNM Board of Directors for approval or denial. In addition, brokers in a Participant’s office may elect not to participate in the CIE by submitting a CIE Waiver Request form verifying that they have joined at least one MLS or CIE in another local association to the CARNM Board of Directors for approval or denial. If the CARNM Board denies the application for waiver, the Participant, Broker or Property Manager must subscribe to the CIE within fourteen (14) days of notice or Participant and other Subscribers through the Participant will lose access to and use of the CIE.
Adjunct
The Adjunct Non-Member category represents a licensee working in an administrative capacity (i.e. does not engage in the sale, lease, etc. of real estate property and/or does not receive or share in commissioned compensation).
Salesperson
The Salesperson Non-Member category represents a licensee working in an agent capacity (i.e. engages in the sale, lease, etc. of real estate property and/or receives or shares in commissioned compensation, etc.).
Changes
This form must be submitted when existing members or non-members are making a change to their operations. Fees may apply.

CARNM Dues Schedule - 2024
Dues are prorated monthly.
*NOTE: Membership dues are not prorated if the licensee held Primary CARNM REALTOR® membership during the preceding calendar year.
