The Deal of the Year Awards are designed to recognize the best commercial real estate deals that were marketed at a CCIM New Mexico Deal Making Session between August 2016 and July 2017.
The two categories being recognized are:
1. Transactions completed for under $1 Million.
2. Transactions completed for over $1 Million.

This is The Commercial Real Estate Event of the Year, organized by CARNM, CCIM, NAIOP, ULI, SIOR, CREW, IREM and BOMA.
The deadline for the application submission is September 1, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Applications submitted after that time will not be considered.
