Emerging Markets Outperform Developed Markets for Commercial RE

Buoyed by the strength of their domestic economies, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Brazil are performing well, and this picture is set to continue into the final quarter of the year with a few notable exceptions. According to a global property survey of trends in the commercial property investment and occupier markets in more than 50 countries around the world, Q3 investment activity improved with the vast majority of markets reporting that transactions increased and that the number of bidders rose.
