All active qualifying brokers are required to successfully complete a six (6) hour qualifying broker refresher course as a condition of license renewal or as a condition of reinstatement of qualifying broker status regardless of age or years licensed. The QB Refresher gives QBs an excellent opportunity to receive up-to-date information, and offers a forum for sharing information and ideas with fellow QBs. By collaborating with other QB?s, all attendees will benefit from years of experience and gain a better understanding of the law & rules, the Code of Ethics and current industry conditions.

This course is now approved for CE credit to help QBs meet the 42 hour cumulative CE requirement. Associate brokers may choose to attend this course for CE credit which qualifies as Core Elective.
