The CARNM Board approved changes to the CARNM CIE Rules and Regulations, which are red-lined. Since these changes affect CIE participants, we encourage you to review the updated changes to the CIE Rules.
Pursuant to the CIE Rules, changes approved by the CARNM Board of Directors shall be effective fourteen (14) days following notification to Participants.
The new CIE Rules become effective October 18, 2022.
