APOD (Investment Analysis): Learn the tools and jargon used in doing a preliminary analysis (underwriting) of an investment property and learn the “numbers” that determine the value of a property.
LOI (Letter of Intent): Review the function and anatomy of the Letter of Intent and the process of arriving at a “meeting of the minds” with respect to leasing or purchasing real property.

During this hands-on, results-orientated workshop, participants will define effective as well as ineffective presentation practices. Outcomes of this session are: increased self-awareness of how information is presented, experiment with proven, effective delivery methods, and learn self-management tips to control internal self-talk which interferes during presentations.
