Due to the transition from GAAR to CARNM, we will experience an interruption in the ability to process payments. If you still need to pay membership dues or CIE fees, it would be extremely helpful to CARNM if you would submit your payment no later than December 30, 2009. Please note: Since GAAR will not be accepting credit card payments on behalf of CARNM after December 30, 2009 and CARNM will not be able to process credit card payments until January 13, 2010, you will need to pay by check only during that time period.
December 31, 2009 and following, all payments and communication should be directed to the new office address and contact information. Member dues not postmarked by December 31, 2009 will be subject to a $50.00 late fee and possible termination by the end of January. CIE fees not postmarked by December 31, 2009 will be subject to termination of service no later than January 11, 2010.

Members can pay online at any time through close of business on December 30, 2009, and feel confident that payment is secure. Log on to www.carnm.realtor; click on MEMBERS at the top of the homepage, scroll down to ‘œUseful Links’ and click on ‘œPay Dues’. If you do not remember the IMS Log On ID and Password and would like to pay online, please feel free to contact Membership Services at 842-1433, option 4. GAAR is happy to help you.

These meetings are held at a different property monthly on the last Wednesday. The hosting broker provides breakfast and door prizes for drawings that are held at the end of the meeting. Periodically, a guest speaker is invited to discuss topics of interest to commercial real estate professionals. These meetings begin at 7:30 a.m. and generally run until 9:00 a.m. CARNM members make presentations of properties for lease briefly describing the properties and their features.
