Congratulations to Michael Fardy, 2014 National Commerical Awards recipient! Michael is being recognized by the National Association of Realtors for his outstanding professional achievements in commercial real estate. CARW recently released an opinion piece outlining support for the transformation of the Department of Commerce into the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.  The move was designed to create a quasi-private entity focused on business growth and job creation, to be more efficient and speedy in addressing needs of employers, and to reduce and/or eliminate red tape preventing economic development.
