DESCRIPTION
The first Wednesday of each month the local CCIM chapter hosts a breakfast marketing meeting. The meeting is open to all CARNM members and offers a great opportunity to hear about new properties on the market and to network with other commercial real estate professionals. These meetings begin at 7:30 a.m. and generally run until 9:00 a.m. CARNM members make presentations of properties for sale briefly describing the properties and their features. These presentations are coordinated by the local CCIM chapter and must be scheduled in advance. The CCIM chapter also assists members who are interested in seeking the national Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

These meetings are held at a different property monthly on the last Wednesday. The hosting brokerprovides breakfast and door prizes for drawings that are held at the end of the meeting. Periodically, a guest speaker is invited to discuss topics of interest to commercial real estate professionals. These meetings begin at 7:30 a.m. and generally run until 9:00 a.m. CARNM members make presentations of properties for lease briefly describing the properties and their features.

Mesa del Sol – Fidelity office building wins national award
Fidelity Investment’s™ office building at Mesa del Sol, Albuquerque, NM has been selected for the national sustainability award by NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association. The office building was designed for Fidelity Investments by Dekker/Perich/Sabatini. It is a two-story, 217,892-square-foot building that was originally planned for silver LEED designation (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), but will now seek the next level, gold LEED.
